When I first stumbled upon Icing Designs, I seriously felt like I would faint from excitement. Finally, chicks that show some love for the glitter:) I have found my glitter soulmate besties. Kellie is half of the sparkly fabulous duo, known as Icing Designs. These talented ladies create amazing hand illustrated and hand glittered partyware. Their finished products are stunning and extraordinary. Kellie is charming and wickedly talented.. Amazing party stylist as well. Totally crushing on this glitter goddess.
