balloon envy....
I have mentioned Kristin and her amazing new blog, Hatter and Hare Events, before on my blog. I love to stumble upon new and creative party Mamas-and trust me-she is one of them. I saw this brilliant idea in my Reader and just had to share...I am one to spread the joy, love, cool ideas and glitter- not a Party Bully. Did you know that there are Party Bullies out there? Seriously.

Great idea! Could go so many directions with this! :) I have used paint pens to do polka dots, but never thought of this! :)
