{Bridal Shower Favor Bags} Tiffany Blue, Ocean, Tulle & Sequined Wedding Dress Felt Favor Bags

I stumbled across these pictures recently. This was a custom order for handmade, felt favor bags. Theme of the shower was Tiffany Blue/Wedding Dress/Ocean. This one was a challenging combination, but the client was a dream to work with. And I am always up for a challenge:)

How I usually roll...

I adore Market Totes. Always have, always will. I purchased a spiffy, zebra patterned, monogrammed beauty about a year ago and use it every chance I get..I try to make up reasons to use it-I love it so much. When I attend an event, (such as today's Scooby Doo Spectacular) I use it to house my scissors, tape, ribbon, camera, etc. Keeps me organized and it is polished, professional, functional and wicked cool. Everyone that sees it falls madly in love with it too:) It is also collapsible for easy storage. I bought mine here. Homegoods sells them as well...

For the Love of Felt

I have always loved Sock Monkeys. This felt favor bag design
is hand embellished with felt Sock Monkeys.
Perfect Baby Shower Theme.

One of my favorites..Little Skunks..
Unique Baby Shower or Birthday idea
"Mama's Little Stinker"

Hippo in a tutu..Enough said.

I have been using paper flowers for years. They are precious,
easy and impressive. These mousetraps add
so much whimsy to this little Ballerina Mouse Shower

I began my business years ago making felt favor bags, felt embellished invitations and decor. I just love felt. I am designing new items and creating new ways to bring felt back into my life. This workhorse of the preschool set is an under appreciated and fascinating medium. It is fresh, whimsical and just fun to work with. Stay tuned for my new designs and enjoy these photos of some of my earlier work & ideas...

McDonald's Pancake Palooza 2007

I just gazed upon the most adorable, professionally event planned party at McDonalds. Rockin' Robyn, of Mix Mingle Glow, planned & styled this precious Monkey themed party-you can take a peek here.

I suddenly became inspired to share my own version of a McDonald's Birthday Party. CLEARLY not planned, styled and designed by a professional! LOL! It was a lot of fun though. This was a combined party for two little guys. It was held as a Sunday Pancake Palooza. McDonalds offered a Happy Hotcakes meal for the party:) Pancakes are awesome and it was a fun filled event for a Sunday morning...
Felt confetti spruced up the tables. I made a few felt pennant banners for the room...Favors were handmade felt favor bags with Ronald McDonald's crazy felt face on them. I also gave each family a glass syrup container for a sweet memory.
